Nailed it with not aiming to fix but to understand. Now I’m going to go come to the same conclusion after a 45 minute mental tangent that will ultimately end up with me realizing I need to drink more water and call my mom more lol good work

That’s the most relatable 45-minute journey I’ve ever heard: Hydration and checking in with Mom solve half of life’s problems 😂. I'm glad it resonated!

I like the irony of the weighted blanket simile. (Carry anxiety like a weighted blanket.) Even tho they are meant to be calming, have a swaddling effect.

Much interesting content here! Congrats for putting it together.

Wow. Your words truly mean the world to me.

The way you picked up on the irony in the weighted blanket metaphor… it gives me chills, in the best way.

It is meant to calm, to comfort but when anxiety takes over, even comfort can feel suffocating.

I poured so much of myself into this, and to have you see it, really see it, means more than I can express.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to connect with it, it truly moves me.

I am always amazed at what you have been through and how you made it at such a difficult time. Some of the issues you researched, and some you came to intuitively. This sounds like it will be very interesting,

Hi Karen, I’m truly moved by your message. You’re right it’s a blend of struggles, achievements, continuous learning, and many traumas. Alongside that, there’s also the certification and the development of products and services needed to truly serve the people.

Alain - This sounds very helpful for many people. The number one reason someone comes to see me, regardless of the event in their life? Anxiety.

May you - and your course reach and help many ease the burden of anxiety that we all struggle with sooner or later in life.

Bronce, thank you so much for your encouragement and for sharing that insight. It reaffirms how important and universal this work is. Anxiety touches so many lives, often quietly, and knowing that even one person can feel a little less burdened makes it all worth it.
